I’m starting to get excited as our first trip of 2017 is rapidly approaching.  We’re off to New York, Boston and Washington DC – a chance to see some of those icons that we’ve all been brought up seeing in the movies and on TV.

We’re still working out the plan – but given I trained as an aerospace engineer I’m looking forward to geeking out at the National Air and Space Museum in DC and doing my best homage to House of Cards as we wander through the Mall.  We’re going to be in Boston for St Patrick’s day, which should be an interesting experience (and I suspect one that may require a fair amount of drinking!).
